RESEP AYAM BAWANG SAUS – Menu ini dijamin bakalan jadi menu favorit keluarga dirumah! Kombinasi ayam yang crispy dan empuk di padukan juga dengan bawang yang harum, di tambah dengan saus pedas gurih makin endulll banget. Selain rasanya yang lezat, Ayam Bawang Saus ini juga sangat praktis untuk diolah. Yuk, langsung coba resep ini di rumah!
Untuk ayam nya, disini menggunakan ayam kampung organik probiotik dari Natural Poultry. BAHAN – BAHAN
- Ayam Kampung Organik dari Natural Poultry
- 1 buah jeruk nipis
- 7 siung bawang putih parut/haluskan
- 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih
- 1 sdt bubuk kaldu ayam
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt merica
- 50 ml air
- 5 sdm tepung tapioka
- 8-10 bawang putih geprek
Bahan saus
- 3 sdm mentega
- 1-2 sdm saus sambal
- 4 sdm saus bangkok
- 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih
- 1/2 sdt bubuk paprika
- 2 sdt madu (aku ganti gula)
- 2 sdm bawang putih goreng
- 150 ml air
CARA MEMBUAT
- Pertama, siapkan ayam kampung Natural Poultry dan potong sesuai selera.
- Marinasi dengan beri perasan jeruk nipis, bawang putih parut atau halus, bubuk bawang putih, bubuk kaldu ayam, garam, merica, dan air.
- Kemudian, oseng minyak dan bawang putih untuk nanti dicampurkan kedalam adonan saus.
- Untuk sausnya, masukan mentega, saus sambal, saus bangkok, bubuk bawang putih, bubuk paprika, madu atau gula, bawang putih goreng, dan air.
- Selanjutnya, masukan tepung tapioka ke dalam ayam yang sudah dimarinasi. Aduk sampai rata.
- Siapkan minyak panas, goreng ayam dan masukkan bawang putih yang sudah di geprek. Goreng sampai berwarna kecoklatan.
- Ayam Bawang Saus sudah jadi! siap di santap dengan nasi hangat bersama keluarga tercinta.
